As an executive coach, Nancy specializes in working with leaders to remove
barriers to even greater career success. Due to her extensive experience leading
high-tech organizations, she has a deep understanding of results-driven
corporate environments and challenges. Clients who work with Nancy receive

plans to meet their goals.
Nancy’s corporate background includes front-line leadership roles at Hewlett
Packard, Compaq Computers, BD Biosciences, AT&T Bell Laboratories, and Rockwell
International. Nancy brings to coaching her extensive and practical business
background to help her clients design and implement new approaches to greater
on-the-job effectiveness. While the majority of her clients are corporate
leaders, she also works with high-potential leadership talent. Nancy has coached
executives and senior managers in the fields of finance, marketing, engineering,
hospitality, and higher education. She collaborates with each client to ensure
that the coaching program is fully individualized to the client’s needs,
talents, and priorities. Nancy creates an atmosphere of confidentiality and
trust that leads to quick and sustainable results.
Nancy is a board member of the Silicon Valley Coach Federation, and an Associate
Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. She is a member of the
prestigious Marshall Goldsmith Partners coaching network, and is certified in
the Goldsmith Coaching Process™. Nancy has an M.S. in Computer Engineering from
the University of Michigan, and is qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type
Indicator®. Nancy’s clients have included Intuit, National Semiconductor, eBay,
Bon Appetit and other Silicon Valley firms.
