In a corporate career in Organization Development Leslie led a transformational redesign of Applied Materials’ manufacturing organization and consulted on the design and start-up of an integrated product development center for Lockheed’s Space Systems Division. She consulted on the organization design and launch of Schwab’s Electronic Brokerage Services, and co-developed a decision accelerator for HP, facilitating rapid decision-making and execution for major enterprise-wide initiatives.  As an independent consultant Leslie’s clients have included: Chevron, Blue Shield of California, NetApp, Cisco, PG&E, Right Management, Sun, HP, McKesson, Blue Shield, Yahoo, Odwalla, Coca-Cola, eBay, Chegg, PG&E and Stanford University.
